4 Fall Decorating Credenza

Fall Decorating Credenza

Happy Friday! I’m so ready for this weekend! We are celebrating Thanksgiving with my mom and sister early this year, so I’ll be chowing down some turkey in two, short days! Woowho!

I’ve decided that my home is as decorated as it’s going to get for fall. Here is a little vignette I put together on top of the credenza in my entryway.

Fall Decorating Credenza

I won this adorable Itz Fitz wreath a few months ago over at Mandpidy.

1 Fall Decorating Credenza

A wire pumpkin, a bundle of wheat, and a raffia-wrapped antique spool acting as a vase are grouped together on one side of the credenza.

2 Fall Decorating Credenza

While this fantastic fall tree topiary, chocolate pumpkin, and Itz Fitz wreath sit clustered together on the other side.

3 Fall Decorating Credenza

I love seeing this as soon as I come in the front door. It makes me happy!

4 Fall Decorating Credenza

As much as I love all of my fall decorations, they will be coming down this week to make room for Christmas! 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend!

Instructions for Making Custom Clip-On Earrings

  • Tulle fabric
  • Poly satin circles
  • Clip-on earring bases
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun
  • Decorative accents (rhinestones, beads, etc.)

Prepare the Tulle

Cut the tulle into strips about 2 inches wide and your desired length. This will form the base for the volume of your earrings.

Create the Volume

Gather several strips and layer them to achieve your desired fullness. The more layers you use, the more volume your earrings will have.

Prepare the Poly Satin Circles

Cut the poly satin fabric into circles of about 3 inches in diameter. These will serve as the backing for the layers of tulle.

Layer the Components

Glue the tulle onto the satin circles, layering as desired to create a visually stunning effect.

Additional Personalization

Embellish your earrings by adding rhinestones, beads, or any decorative accents to enhance their appearance.

Attach the Clip-On Earring

Once your layers and decorations are complete, carefully glue the clip-on earring base to the back of the satin circle.

Prepare the Shoes

If applicable, consider making matching shoes using similar materials for an all-out festive look.

Make Additional Pairs

Consider creating multiple pairs in different colors or styles to match various outfits.

Enjoy Your Custom Creation

Take pride in your unique earrings and share your creative work with others!

In conclusion, crafting your own custom clip-on earrings is a fun way to express your creativity. Enjoy the process and allow your personal style to shine through!
